AgentTracy Ardrey came to Colorado Springs in 2000 and joined Six & Geving Insurance July 2002. Tracy worked with Randy and Suzanne to create a new position within the agency focusing on becoming knowledgeable on insurance market offerings and negotiating with underwriters. She uses her IT, marketing and sales skills to design and implement insurance programs for the ever changing needs of Randy’s clients. Tracy obtained her CIC designation in 2008 and continues further education to stay on top of the commercial insurance industry. Tracy is married and has two boys to keep her busy. She enjoys team sports with her boys, hunting, fishing and outdoor recreation.

AgentJames Bussanich has been with Six & Geving Insurance since 2000. He has served in Colorado Springs as a commercial insurance advisor, underwriter, and agent since 1986. His diverse insurance experience in the insurance industry makes him a valuable asset to local business owners. James specializes in property & casualty and workers compensation insurance programs for the contractor, automotive, manufacturing, wholesale, retail, and real estate industries. He developed successful group insurance programs for the Better Business Bureau of the Pikes Peak Region and the Independent Electric Contractors Association – Southern Colorado Chapter. In 1982 he earned a bachelors degree in Business Administration/Marketing from the University of Northern Colorado. Insurance designations include an Associate in Underwriting Designation, and IIA Certificate in General Insurance, A Colorado native, his hobbies include spending time with his family of six, skiing, backpacking, tennis and NFL Football.

AgentA Colorado Springs native, Janet cooper has been in the insurance industry for over 40 years and employed with Six & Geving for the past 20 years. She has held many offices in the local association of Professional Insurance Women and is involved with the activities of the Better Business Bureau, Colorado Springs Chamber of Commerce and the Southern Colorado Women’s Chamber. Janet specializes in helping businesses to obtain proper coverage including property, auto, general liability, umbrellas and workers compensation coverage. Janet feels the most important part of her job is to have a good working relationship with her clients and to be available to take care of their service requests and provide the information they need on a timely basis. She has been on the cutting edge of all of the technology changes in the industry. She works directly with the insurance companies on the fast track processing on the websites providing quotes and endorsements requests. AgentCommercial insurance has been my career path since 2003 starting out with Six & Geving insurance in the ministry division. I then enjoyed being a key account manager for several years for another agency specializing in churches and non-profits. In 2015 I welcomed becoming an agent again at Six & Geving insurance. I enjoy the challenge of insuring a variety of businesses in addition to non-profit organizations – my specialty – and senior care.

AgentQuinn McGee spent 20 years in the transportation industry and joined Six & Geving in 2008 as a transit claims adjuster. ln addition to adjusting transit claims, Quinn has taken the position of representing our personal lines clients managing homeowners, auto and umbrella policies, Quinn’s activities in the community include CASA of the Pikes Peak Region, The Alzheimer’s Association and a board of director’s position as Treasurer with Teller County Regional Animal Shelter.

This is the work I most enjoy. Even though I have had high level management positions during my working career, the work I do with business clients is the most rewarding and gratifying for me. AgentJudy has been in the insurance industry since 1980 working in an independent claims office. From there she joined CBS Insurance in 1985 as their claims representative. While with CBS Insurance, she received her insurance license and the designations listed below. In 2000 she also attained the prestigious Customer Insurance Service Representative of the year for Colorado as well as runner up in the National Customer Insurance Service Representative the same year. Judy’s principle role in the industry has been claims, safety and Colorado’s Premium Cost Containment Program. In February 2011 she joined Six & Geving Insurance, Inc. in our Ministry Division working with Darrell Six to support and service Churches and Ministries throughout Colorado. AgentChris Rea is a principle, Vice President of Surety and an Insurance and Bond Agent for Six & Geving Insurance. For the past decade and more he has served as VP of Surety, overseeing the bond needs for all of Six & Geving’s construction clients. He also has extensive experience managing the risk for Federal Government Contractors as well as general industry customers providing outstanding advice, industry leading products and lower overall cost of risk for his clients. Chris is a graduate of the United States Air Force Academy, a veteran Air Force fighter pilot with eleven years active and eleven years reserve service from which he recently retired. Chris is also a former airline pilot and government contractor where he served as Task Lead supporting a multi-year effort under various omnibus contracts supporting US National Defense activities. He is a member of the National Association of Bond Producers (NASBP) for which he won the prestigious “football award” as top Graduate of the William J Angel Surety School. In addition, Chris serves on the boards of several local non-profit and trade associations. Chris holds a “Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist” industry designation and was in the first graduating class of the Level III NASBP bond school and is among a very elite group of highly trained bond professionals in the world. Chris is passionate about his faith in Jesus Christ, his family, travel with his family, aviation and winter sports. If the weather’s good, look up and you might see him in the sky above in a vintage 1946 Cessna. If it’s cold and snowy, there’s a chance you’ll find him on the slopes.

AgentLarry Sparks joined Six & Geving in 2013 after serving in the insurance industry in other capacities for over twenty years. He has lived in Colorado Springs since 2004. In his career, he has served as a life, personal and commercial agent and owned his own agency. He now serves as a commercial insurance agent with the professional designation “Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist.” Larry specializes serving the risk management and insurance needs of Christian churches, para-church ministries, as well as programs for the automotive, restaurant and real estate industries. When not serving his clients, Larry enjoys time with his family, volunteering with the Gideon’s International, and training high school students in competitive Speech and Debate.

Robin has been a Commercial Lines Account Manager in various markets since 2007, including Texas and Alaska as well as Colorado. She has worked with a wide variety of clients, including non-profits, small main street businesses, large construction contractors and outdoor recreation companies, to ensure they have the protection they need should a crisis occur. She earned her Commercial Insurance Counselor designation in 2013 and is on track to complete her Certified Risk Manager designation in 2019. Robin is a Texas native who now calls Colorado Springs home along with her husband Chad; she is also the proud mom of 2 grown daughters. Robin is an avid runner and enjoys watching football and baseball; she also loves getting outdoors to take advantage of everything Colorado has to offer.
